i haven't been on here in a long time.. 2 and a half months? and that was when i was trying to sort my schedule out. well, truth be told, i quit the design school, because it was too time-intensive and left me no time for work or ANY personal time. my social life got bombed, my stress levels went up and i was sick of the crappy tutoring that we were given. some lessons i would have to sit at my computer for two hours until the tutor was free to talk to me about the next step in our projects.. and there were only about 15 in our class. that's how selfish some of the other students were. all the time had to be dedicated to them, and in the end

i have been SO awol for the last three months or so, probably even a bit before that too. i have just had so much on my plate.. with course starting, i haven't had time for anything except sleeping and homework, and christmas, new years and my birthday seemed to take up all of dec/jan. it feels ridiculous. i haven't had a chance to check any of the stuff i've wanted to, like surreal studios or here. i have masses of deviations to trawl through and hundreds of messages to reply to and it's mindboggling. i need to put aside some time every once in awhile to make something i want to make. i haven't made a personal deviation in months, let alone

 i would basically just like to say a gigantic, bottom-of-my-heart thank you to devils-horizon (https://www.deviantart.com/devils-horizon), for her kindness in giving me a months premium membership. it is such a lovely gesture and i will try my hardest to make the most of it! thank you so much. i haven't been able to make anything for a wee while, just so much random, unimportant busyness at the moment. but i will be doing a couple of commissioned pieces inbetween trying to develop my own personal style a little more before my course begins in a couple of months. oh, and if any of you use Tumblr, i just got it and i LOVE it. follow me! www.micansvita.tumblr.com
